Stuck on something? We are happy to help. Opus Host support runs on two channels: tickets from inside the control panel, and our Discord community.

Support channels

Control Panel Tickets

Open a support ticket directly from your Opus Host dashboard. Best for account-specific issues, billing questions, and anything that requires access to your VPS details.

Discord Community

Join our Discord at discord.gg/opushost. Great for quick questions, community help, and chatting with other Opus Host users.

Response time

Our average first response time is around 6 minutes. Complex issues may take longer to fully resolve, but we do our best to get eyes on every ticket fast.

Before you contact us

Save yourself (and us) time by checking these first:
1

Search the docs

Most common questions are already answered in the FAQ and Troubleshooting pages.
2

Check your VPS status

Confirm your VPS is running from the Control Panel Overview. A stopped or expired VPS is the cause of most “my server is down” tickets.
3

Try the in-browser console

If SSH is not working, use the in-browser console to check whether the VPS itself is responsive.

What to include in a ticket

The more context you give us up front, the faster we can help. Please include:
  • The VPS ID or hostname you are asking about.
  • What you were trying to do and what actually happened.
  • The exact error message, copied as text (not a screenshot of text).
  • Any commands you ran and their output.
  • What you have already tried.
For urgent issues that affect your VPS availability, open a ticket in the panel rather than asking on Discord. Tickets are prioritized and tracked; Discord messages can get lost in the chat.

What we cannot help with

Our support team can help with anything related to your VPS itself: power state, networking, control panel issues, and account questions. We generally cannot:
  • Write or debug your application code for you.
  • Provide one-on-one Linux tutoring.
  • Recover data from a VPS that has been reinstalled or expired.
For those, the Discord community is often the better place to ask.
